Returns Policy

At Floor Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality flooring products and exceptional service. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy to understand how we handle defective or misdelivered items.


We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must email info@floormart.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and photos of the items in their current condition.
  • Products must be unopened and in good condition to qualify for a return.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds take approximately 2-3 weeks to process after the returned items are received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sales on installation products or accessories are final, and products are non-returnable.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. At Delivery:
    • Any damages must be noted on the delivery driver’s form at the time of delivery. Failure to document damages during delivery may result in your claim being denied.
  2. Within 24 Hours:
    • Email info@floormart.ca within 24 hours of delivery with:
      • A detailed explanation of the issue.
      • Photos of the damaged or defective product.

Our team will review the claim and determine a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund for defective or damaged products.


Refunds for Backorders or Unavailable Stock

  • If a product is unavailable or on backorder, customers will be notified and given the option to:
    1. Wait for the product to become available.
    2. Request a full refund.
  • Refunds will be issued promptly upon confirmation of the customer’s request.
