• We offer a wide range of flooring solutions including area rugs, tile, backsplashes, laminate, vinyl flooring, hardwood flooring, and various accessories like flooring trim and leveling systems.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept major credit cards, and e-transfer. To make a payment via e-transfer please email us first and we will guide you.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

• Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

How do I calculate the amount of flooring I need?

• Measure the length and width of your room and calculate the square footage. For most flooring products we recommend a 10% overage, but with certain patterns like herringbone, hexagon, and chevron, we usually recommend 15-20%

Can I install the flooring myself?

• Many of our flooring options are DIY-friendly, the most common for DIY projects would be click vinyl.
