Do you do bulk discounts?

Yes, we do! If you are placing a larger order, be sure to email us prior to placing the order in order to get the best possible price!

Do you offer contractor or wholesale accounts?

Yes! If you are a contractor, home builder, designer, or someone who may frequently be purchasing material from us, please get in touch and we can get you a custom account to save on all of your purchases!

Do you price match?

Yes! If you found one of our products cheaper somewhere else, send us an email with proof of it and we will price match for it!

I can't find the product I'm looking for.

If there is a particular product from one of our suppliers you are looking for but can't find on our website, send us an email at info@floormart.ca with the product details and we can do our best to source it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, and e-transfer. To make a payment via e-transfer please email us first and we will guide you.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Usually shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days from when the order is placed. We do our best to get you your products quicker than that but depending on the size of the order sometimes it can take longer.

How do I calculate the amount of flooring I need?

Measure the length and width of your room and calculate the square footage. For most flooring products we recommend a 10% overage, but with certain patterns like herringbone, hexagon, and chevron, we usually recommend 15-20%

Can I pickup my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, we have partnered with a warehouse located in London, ON. If you are from near by you can select "Pickup In Store" at checkout. Someone will then notify you as soon as your order has arrived and is ready for pickup.
